In accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 115-VIII "On Personal Data and Its Protection" dated July 5, 2024, I hereby voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my own interests, express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by LanCloud LLP, registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: 8 Amman Street, Office 403, Astana, 010002, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Personal data - any information relating to an individual identified or identifiable on the basis of such information. I hereby consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
I hereby consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data, using automated means and/or without such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as any other actions provided for by current Kazakhstan legislation, both by manual and automated means.
This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing me with services/work;
- Sending me notifications regarding the services and work provided;
- Preparing and sending responses to my inquiries;
- Sending me information, including advertising, about the Operator's events/products/services/work.
This consent is valid until revoked by sending a corresponding notification to the email address cloud@lancloud.kz. If I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds stipulated by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 115-VIII "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated July 5, 2024.
