Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all personal data that LanCloud LLP may collect from users while using the official website https://lancloud.kz (hereinafter referred to as the "LanCloud Website"), using online services, participating in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, and/or otherwise interacting with LanCloud LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

LanCloud LLP does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that users may access via links available on the LanCloud Website. Third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and may collect or request other personal information from users.

This Policy explains how LanCloud LLP processes and protects users' personal information.

By using the Services and providing LanCloud LLP with the information necessary to initiate further interaction, you consent to its use in accordance with this Policy.

1. Personal data of users received and processed by LanCloud LLP

This information includes: last name, first name, patronymic, email address, order delivery address, and contact phone number.

1.1.2. Other information about the user, the collection and/or provision of which is determined by LanCloud LLP for the provision of certain Services, as expressly indicated when ordering individual Services.

1.2. The user's personal data provided to LanCloud LLP is considered inaccurate and may be blocked until the user or their legal representative consents to the processing of their personal data in any form additionally designated by LanCloud LLP, in addition to that provided on the Website.

2. Purposes of Processing Users' Personal Information

2.1. LanCloud LLP processes only the personal data necessary to provide the Services.

2.2. LanCloud LLP may use the user's personal information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of the Service.

2.2.2. Providing the user with personalized Services.

2.2.4. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

2.2.5. Providing the user's personal data to copyright holders, distributors, or resellers of software for the purpose of registering software in the name of the user or the organization whose interests the user represents.

2.2.6. Implementation and/or performance of the functions, powers, and duties imposed on LanCloud LLP by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Transfer of the user's personal data to third parties

3.1. The user's personal data is kept confidential, except in cases of processing personal data to which the user has granted general access or at their request.

3.2. LanCloud LLP reserves the right to transfer the user's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.2.1. The user has consented to such actions, including for the purpose of registering software in the user's name with copyright holders, distributors, or resellers of the software.

3.2.2. The transfer is necessary to achieve the goals, implement, and fulfill the functions, powers, and duties imposed on LanCloud LLP by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Measures taken to protect users' personal data

LanCloud LLP takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions involving personal data.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. LanCloud LLP takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data held by LanCloud LLP, as well as to delete outdated and otherwise inaccurate or unnecessary personal data. However, the User is responsible for providing accurate information and for updating the provided data in the event of any changes.

5.2. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided or part of it, as well as its privacy settings, by contacting LanCloud LLP.

5.2.1. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data by LanCloud LLP at any time by sending a written notice to the following address: 010007, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Almaty District, 15 Tauelsizdik Avenue, 3rd floor, Office No. 5, marked "Revocation of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data." The user's withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may result in the deletion of their account from the Website, as well as the destruction of records containing personal data in LanCloud LLP's personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use LanCloud LLP's online services.

5.3. The user has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data by LanCloud LLP. 5.4. To comply with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy, LanCloud LLP may require verification of the user's identity by requesting such verification in any form consistent with applicable law.
