In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection", I hereby voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interests, give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by LanCloud LLP, registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: 15 Tauelsizdik Avenue, 3rd floor, Office No. 5, Astana, 010007, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. I hereby consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Phone Number;
- Email Address.
I hereby consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data, using automated means and/or without the use of such means: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as other actions permitted by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing services and/or performing work requested by me;
- Sending notifications related to the services and/or work provided;
- Preparing and sending responses to my inquiries;
- Sending information, including advertising and marketing information, about the Operator's events, products, services and/or work.
This consent shall remain valid until it is withdrawn by sending a corresponding notification to cloud@lancloud.kz. If I withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator may continue processing my personal data without my consent where such processing is permitted or required by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" or other applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
