Petro Welt Technologies Kazakhstan, founded in 2005, provides services supporting oil and natural gas production.
Before using LanCloud cloud services, the company used Microsoft Exchange corporate email. It became necessary to create its own IT infrastructure and migrate email to servers located in Kazakhstan. After consulting with colleagues in Petro Welt's IT department, the decision was made to use cloud services and, after analyzing all available companies in Kazakhstan, LanCloud was selected.
This choice was based on the company's desire to maintain its corporate email system and ensure that employees would not notice any changes to the interface. After reviewing all cloud email services, they immediately chose Microsoft Exchange. They were interested in the pricing, features, and capabilities of LanCloud's plan. The Cloud Exchange Standard plan was an excellent option for our company. It provides the required security, three layers of antivirus protection, 12 antispam filters, and other useful features. The plan also offered a 100GB mailbox, as other companies had smaller mailboxes before LanCloud. This was unsatisfactory for many, as they had to frequently archive.
After successfully migrating users' emails, some minor issues arose, but thanks to the prompt technical support, everything is now functioning perfectly.
