Our company was faced with the task of optimizing its corporate email costs and migrating to a more functional solution. The Yandex360 service we were previously using no longer met our requirements: as the number of employees grew, the subscription cost became high, and the "browser-based email" functionality was no longer sufficient. We needed a full-fledged corporate system with centralized administration, convenient shared calendars, and flexible access rights management.
As alternatives, we considered Microsoft 365 and deploying our own on-premises Exchange server. Our choice of LanCloud was based on the opportunity to get fully functional Microsoft Exchange in the cloud without capital expenditures on equipment and licensing, as well as the availability of local support in Kazakhstan and compliance with Law No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Its Protection."
Following the migration, we achieved the following benefits:
• Effective Management: Centralized control of users and access rights significantly simplified the IT department's work.
• Team Collaboration: Fully integrated support for shared email accounts and calendars increased the speed of internal communications.
• Reliability: The service demonstrates high stability.
