The Alma-Ata Hotel is a hotel complex that is a historical and architectural landmark of Almaty. Since its opening in 1967, our hotel has been and remains the benchmark for quality service to its guests. Before contacting LanCloud, we used email with a public hosting provider. However, due to growing business demands, we needed a solution based on Microsoft Exchange services that would meet corporate policy and security requirements.
After analyzing cloud service providers in Kazakhstan, we chose LanCloud's Microsoft Exchange-based corporate email service.With a limited timeframe for migration from our current email hosting provider, LanCloud's specialists quickly and efficiently migrated our email and deployed the service to Cloud Exchange (SaaS). This ensured the hotel's uninterrupted operation throughout all stages of the migration, including uninterrupted user experience
As a result, we received a modern, accessible, and functional email service, allowing us to abandon our original plans to deploy the service on our own resources. As a result, we optimized infrastructure and business costs.
