This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that LanCloud LLC may collect from users while using the official website https://lancloud.kz (hereinafter referred to as the LanCloud Website), using online services, participating in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, and/or otherwise interacting with LanCloud LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

4. Measures taken to protect users' personal data

LanCloud LLP takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with the personal data of third parties.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. LanCloud LLC takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data held by LanCloud LLC, as well as to delete outdated and otherwise inaccurate or unnecessary personal data. However, the User is responsible for providing accurate information and for updating the provided data in the event of any changes.

5.2. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided or part of it, as well as its privacy settings, by contacting LanCloud LLC.

5.2.1. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data by LanCloud LLC at any time.
