Renting a 1C:Enterprise Server in the Cloud

Cloud 1C is a ready-to-use cloud SaaS service based on 1C:Enterprise 8.3, which includes all required Microsoft and 1C licenses, computing resources, backup, and platform maintenance. The 1C cloud service is fully ready for use and does not require any additional licenses, deployment, or maintenance. Payment for the 1C SaaS cloud service is per user. The number of 1C users can be changed monthly — both increased and decreased.

All cloud 1C:Enterprise rental prices are listed per month under the licensing agreement. The customer may (optionally) sign a 1C hosting contract including VAT, where prices are 12% higher. At the same time, a VAT-included 1C rental contract provides discounts for prepayment: 3 months – 5%, 6 months – 10%, 12 months – 15%.

1 – one cloud 1C user may establish only one connection (session) to one information database. For simultaneous work in multiple 1C databases and/or multiple parallel sessions to a single database, the Customer must purchase the corresponding number of additional users under the Cloud 1C Standard tariff.
2 – the total disk space allocated to the Customer for storing 1C information databases is calculated as the sum of the volumes allocated to each user. Exceeding the allocated storage is billed according to the “1C database storage expansion” tariff.
3 – if one user has access to several 1C configurations, only the most expensive configuration is billed. The cost of access to any 1C configuration not listed in the tariff grid is determined by a separate additional agreement.
