Sairam Data Center (HALYK-Kazteleport) is located at 2A Voykova St., Almaty. The data center is fully certified to the TIER III Facility reliability level by Uptime Institute and provides an SLA availability level of at least 99.982%. Only 5 data centers in Kazakhstan have this level of certification. The LanCloud.KZ cloud platform is built on a fault-tolerant architecture with 2N redundancy.

LanCloud.KZ cloud reliability is ensured by:

·  All equipment has at least two power supply units and is simultaneously connected to two independent power feeds.

·  All servers have two Ethernet network ports simultaneously connected to two separate Mellanox 100G switches.

·  Internet access is provided by two clustered routers connected to two independent telecom operators. Each operator is connected through two independent optical links, providing a total of four 1 Gbps links.

·  All virtual machines operate in VMware HA or Microsoft Hyper-V high-availability clusters and are protected against the failure of one or more physical servers.

·  All virtual disks of cloud servers are stored on dedicated dual-controller storage systems. All physical disks are combined into fault-tolerant RAID 10 or RAID 6 arrays capable of withstanding the simultaneous failure of two or more disks.

·  All virtual machines are backed up free of charge using Veeam Backup to dedicated backup storage systems.

Cloud Servers Based on 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors

The LanCloud.KZ cloud is built on the latest high-performance 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable GOLD and PLATINUM processors. The Hyper-V cloud supports virtual machines with up to 64 physical cores at 3.5 GHz based on Xeon GOLD 6548Y+ and up to 1500 GB of DDR5-4800 RAM, while the VMware vCloud platform supports virtual machines with up to 64 vCPUs at 3.8 GHz based on Xeon Platinum 8562Y+ and up to 1000 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM. For extremely demanding workloads, dedicated servers with up to 96 cores and 2 TB of RAM based on Xeon Platinum 8568Y+ are also available. Each virtual core delivers performance of nearly 6000 MIPS.

As of August 2024, LanCloud.KZ offers some of the highest-performance cloud servers available on the market.

LanCloud.KZ now offers virtual servers with NVIDIA Ampere A16 Tensor Core GPUs. They can be used both for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and AI computing workloads.

100G Virtual Cloud Network

The LanCloud.KZ cloud network is built using some of the fastest Mellanox (NVIDIA) 100G switches on the market, providing extremely high data transfer speeds between virtual machines with minimal latency. This enables the LanCloud.KZ cloud to deliver high performance for mission-critical business applications such as SQL Server databases, SAP HANA, 1C:Enterprise 8.3, and others.

NVMe Storage Systems with up to 1 Million IOPS and up to 1.5 Petabytes

The LanCloud.KZ cloud uses six different block SAN storage systems. Depending on requirements and budget, customers can choose from high-performance NVMe SSD RAID 10 storage connected at 4x100 Gbps and delivering more than 1 million aggregate IOPS, to cost-effective NL-SAS RAID 6 disk storage for file archives and backups.

Standard SAS SSD RAID 10 and RAID 6 storage, hybrid NL-SAS + SSD Cache systems, and NL-SAS RAID 6 storage are also available.

LanCloud.KZ uses high-density storage systems capable of accommodating up to 90 NL-SAS hard drives with a capacity of 18 TB each, providing more than 1.5 petabytes of usable capacity in just 4U.
